preputioplasty

i had this done last week to help fix my phimosis and i would like to know if anyone else here has had this done and could share their experiances?

i have a few questions concerning it...main one being that i still cant pull my foreskin back. is this normal or does it mean the operation didnt work? it is still swollen abit though and there is some infection on it (which my GP has given me cream for) would this be the reason my foreskin still cant be retracted??
