I am embarrased of this question but I have to ask.
I have a question which is about premature ejaculation. And as far as I know many men have this problem, but what is the solution for this?
Before, it took a while before I could get any sperm out, now it only takes a few seconds, which is embarrasing. What can I do to to make it last much much longer than only a few seconds without it having any negative effects on my body?

I have read books on sex and masterbation and from my experiance if you dont masterbate you might try it I found out that if I masterbated I could last longer during sex. And it works better if you do in different ways like sometimes useing lube and other times just the normal useing the penis shaft good luck

hello...I also have the same situation as yours...what I did was to control myself from ejaculating readily...I tried to focus to different things...If you're having sex...pause awhile if you feel that it will explode...
good luck...

It usually caused by anxiety.
Get your thoughts under control and it will take the pressure off of you. So you won't ever have to worry about performance. The more you think about the more it will get in to you.

Every man is born with premature ejaculation, so having it is perfectly normal to start with. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

The American Academy of Family Physicians confirms that: Behavioral methods are helpful for more than 95 percent of men who have premature ejaculation. So, if you have tried exercises and they have not helped it is because they have not been explained properly to you. Many of the treatment programs offered online have not been written by professionals.
Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully around the world for more than 32 years.

It is called "Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation" by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.

Premature Ejaculation solution
Premature Ejaculation is the #1 men's sexual health dysfunction...bigger than Erectile Dysfunction. The problem has been there is no viable treatment besides SSRIs, which come with a slew of side effects. But recently a new topical, over-the-counter treatment has been called the "game-changer" because of its efficacy and safety. Promescent is FDA approved and being embraced by urologists, therapists and sexual health experts across the board.
