Premature ejaculation

Hello, I have suffered from PE for a long time now, when I was young (13-14 years old) I use to tense my penis when masturbating in order to climax quickly. I am now 18 years old, a virgin and I now find that I avoid any chances of sex/fore play as I do not want to disappoint or get embarrassed. I'm able to get a hard on and ejaculate within one minute when I masturbate and that’s without the stimulation aid of anything or anyone. When ever I touch my penis it begins to go hard, even if it’s just when I am rearranging or having a slight play (as all men do). When I am with a girl, I get erections and also become very wet even when just kissing or laying next too her. It’s horrifically bad and I just don’t know what too do. I believe I have a very sever case of PE. I have read many things to do with treatments i.e. exercise, creams, pills etc and don’t know what to think. I have started the stop and start technique recently but with 4 years of forcing ejaculation and leaving me in this sever state of premature ejaculation is there any way back? I would give anything to just last like a normal man, even if I never had another orgasm again in my life. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
