Q: premature ejaculation

Hi Doctor,

I have premature ejaculation problems. Sometimes i am really good but most of times its really too fast.I have tried a lot on natural way of delaying the process but seems like it doesn't work for me at all. Please suggest if any medicine would work for me.

You could try 5-htp or L-tryptophan and see if that helps out any. I think it would atleast slow it down some but probably won't cure the problem.

How old are you?
Is this a problem that occurs in masturbation just as often as in sex with a parter?
Is the problem consistent or does it seem to come and go?
How long is premature?
