I am a married man. I am suffered from quick release of semen after penetration. I married 2.5 years ego. First 1.5 years of my married life I have not this problem. That time I can able to hold my semen till my wife is satisfied. But now seminal discharge is occurred within 30 sec. after penetration during the Intercourse. After that, forcefully I tried to satisfy my wife. In that time I don’t get the pleasure of intercourse.
I had no sexual experience before married. But sometimes I practiced by hand to get pleasure.

If you are finding you have less control of ejaculation. If there has been no other change in your sex life, no new fetish inclusion or anything else that would change your arousal levels, you should be very concerned. From what you're describing something is causing failure of your BC muscle group, the muscles that control erection and orgasm. Take it as seriously as if the muscles of your hand or jaw stopped cooperating. Go see a doctor promptly and find out what's going on.
