I have been reading around on here and still cant find something that has worked for me. I am 22 now. I've had sex with 6 girls since I was about 17 when I lost my virginity.

The first time I had sex I lasted nearly 40 minutes. Every time after that..2 minutes if im lucky. And well if im drunk I would say at least 20, but that is not the way I want to do this.

Its pretty embarrassing. I have pretty good control when I masturbate. I can make myself last pretty much as long as I want to go for by using the "start/stop" method. That has worked pretty well for masturbation, however when it comes to sex it just doesn't work.

I haven't had sex in at least a year until tonight and well needless to say it didn't last very long. I have noticed that after a few months of sex with the same partner, it gradually lasted longer because I was more comfortable with the person most likely.

Still not long enough as I would like. I have read all kinds of articles on the internet of all the techniques and exercises you could do with whatever that muscle is called. I've read about anti-depressants, but never tried them.

I am wondering, what has worked for some of you guys out there?

I guess my first step would be to tell the girl I am with right now and be up front about it rather than try and hide it.

thanks guys and whoever finds a cure for this is going to be looked upon as a god! Wink

How to better control ur ejaculation
there are two things u can do.

1) use a condom like Durex Performax, the condom actually has a lubricant inside the condom that helps you control climax.

2) breathe and slow down!
Slow down ur breathing when u thinking ur near climax and do deep breathing the ones u can feel in ur gut. ur body is reacting to the sensations its feeling as ur having sex, as u near ur climax ur breathing quickens and shortens as a reaction which in turn pushes for climax so slow ur breathing and take deep breaths. The other thing to do while u slow ur breathing is to slow down! ur penis is getting quite a bit of sensation when ur having sex and the faster u go the more friction so don't go humping like a rabbit.

you can actually practice this by masturbation. lock urself in ur room and have 30 minutes to urself. then go at it slowly, and notice how ur body reacts as it gets closer to climax, when ur close to ur peak slow down and breathe, at first u might not be able to, u probably just go right thru, but that's why it's practice. after a few times u might start to get the hang of it. if u can last for 15 minutes, u pretty much can control ur ejaculation.

if it doesn't help and it reallys bothers u, there's sex therapy.

stay safe, have fun and hope this helps

thanks for the reply. I am going to try those condoms. The breathing thing helps if I am receiving oral, but still not luck vaginally. I have practiced during masturbation and I can last pretty long. Its something about the vaginas..heh

hello de_designer
as in your case yes very first am very much agreed with kamesan about the use of Durex. With that there are some exercises to control your early ejaculations. The exercises don't need much time, and you can practice them while you have sex or masturbate. There's nothing complicated, nothing difficult, nothing that requires hours of practice. And they can also introduce a new element of intimacy into your sex life.

So just try it to make a difference Smile

Hello friends, upto some extent I am very much agreed with kandersonn, but just want to add that if you feel some physical problems then you can go for herbal supplements which will help you in controlling early and rapid ejaculation.
