Hi,

I am 30 yrs old & married for 5 years. PE has always been problem for me since my marriage but ED started 1 year ago. I used to get Hard erections regularly but since last year I start getting ED once or twice in a week I used to get erection but could not maintain it. but now I get hard erection only once in a month sometimes in a two months. I have sex desire but now I don't get hard erections at all but I get soft sometimes.

Q: Is there any permanent treatment for ED & PE without use of enhancement pills like viagra/cialis.

Please help me.
