I am twenty years-old, weigh 341 lb., and have 33.4% body fat. I noticed around the age of fourteen or so that my hair was slowly beginning to thin. As a child, I had thicker, flowing hair that could grow down below my eyes if combed forward. Now, it seems like my hair is far too thin, and far too scarce. It sounds crazy, but it almost seems like my pores are spread out more than they should be (though this just might be me being somewhat of a hypochondriac).

In addition to this, I had blood work done several years ago that showed a slight dip in my testosterone levels, though nothing too significant, and so it was left alone. A few weeks ago, I had blood tests done again, and my testosterone levels were "217". I'm not sure what the measurement is, but my doctor explained that "250" is around the norm. He didn't have much of an explanation for that, however.

I wonder if this testosterone level, my obesity, or even both, could be the probable perpetrator here. I'm not sure if I'm quite ready to accept that I began to prematurely bald at the age of fourteen.

Any and all information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
