Q: Pregnant with tubes being tied

Well I had my tubes tide now for almost 6 mouths, I have been having a period every month, but I have not had one for the month of June. I had a real light blood that was for 2 days, but it was a few dots when I cleaned up. My question is could I be Pregnant? I scared and my husband thinks i'm having another baby.
