I am 15 weeks pregnant and I lifted something heavy at work and I think I have a pulled groin muscle. Did I hurt the baby? I have no spotting and feel fine except
a pain in my groin when I move. How do I treat this sort of injury?

I pulled a muscle/ligament in that same area running 2 months ago. Now I waddle. I don't think it will heal until after I have my baby. My doctor told me to use a heating pad and take it easy.
