I have had Crohn's for 11 years now and with each of my two pregnancies I found that it gave me almost no trouble during them. The doctor's were worried it would go the other way and that the stress of being pregnant and having a baby puts on your body would cause me to miscarry or have a major flare-up. Talk with both your GE and OB, they will support you and make sure that you can stay as stress free as possible when trying or when pregnant. Good luck.
