Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Since you have been trying to conceive and have missed your periods since two months, so the status of pregnancy has to be clear. Blood tests for pregnancy are much more specific and accurate than urine for pregnancy tests which may give false negative reports. Don’t worry the amount of blood taken for this test is very minimal and nothing will happen to you. You can also get an ultrasound uterus done which is the most sensitive test for confirmation of pregnancy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations, and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
