I'm on Day 46 of my cycle (which is approximately 38 days long since I've been off the pill, it was 30 days before I went on the pill). The home pregnancy tests I've taken are negative, today I went to a walk in clinic where I had a blood test done and the physician there told me that I could still be pregnant.

If I'm not pregnant is there anything else I should be concerned about?
