Q: Pregnant spotting and using progesterone

hi'
I took a pregnancy test yeterday and it was positive but i;m having spotting also so i went to my ob-gyne and found out that im a;lready 5weeks pregnant and she gave me utrogestan progesteron two cap evry night...And i took my first dose last night but when i woke this morning im having again spotting ..is this mean that im noy healing?
