I am 43yr old,I suffered a miscarriage dec 08...once again I'm pregnant and for the past 2 to 3 days I have been spotting but now it is very light bleeding and very light cramps as if I'm going to get my period...I am very nervous...am i having a miscarriage? or am I just worrying because of what happened in the past?

Yes, this is a miscarriage, no doubt. Immediately call your doctor and/or go to the ER. An incomplete miscarriage can and will be the source of massive infection and gangrene.
