To make a long story short my husband and i decided to go back together WE DO love each other.I just need help.WHat are the chances of this baby being from the mistake. My due date is dec 27.could the hromones of the patch affect or delay my ovulation?my husband and i had sex probably everyday after we went back together wich was that saturday the 29.I do remember the 6 of april a very romantic night with my husband.Thats supposevly my ovulation day but....i was on the patch soo...i couldve ovulated anyday. My periods are 29-30 days apart.

Uhm ok. Your last period started on the 22nd of March, ended on the 26th. Your due date is December 27. Which would put your conception date at March 27. It doesn't make sense to me as most doctors go by first day of last menstrual period which in your case would put your due date at Dec. 22. Now if you did indeed ovulate on the 6th of April, it could be your hubby's. To be honest, I'm leaning more toward your hubby anyway being that its possible but not highly likely that you would get pregnant on your period and the fact that you just got off birth control.

thanks for replying..well heres the thing.......since i was on the patch for like 9 months.doesnt the patch affect the lining of ur uterus so that sperm wont go through and it doesnt let u ovulate either.and since i just got off it the chances of this baby being the mistakes baby are really low..But its just driving me crazy.Isnt conception like 12-16 days after ur period?the 26 its just 4 days after.Id have to be freakin unlucky to ovulate 4 days after my period....Wait now that i think about it.The day i was suppose to put another patch on was that friday 28.so i wasnt even suppose to ovulate til after the 28 regardless cuz of the patch.GOD IM SO CONFUSED!

It might be easier to go ahead and get a paternity test when the baby is born. Does your husband know that it could be another man's? Would it affect how you (and he) feel about the child if it's not his?

I agree with Aya, the only way to be for certain is a paternity test.
