Q: Pregnant or std ?

I get these sharp pains in my lower abdomen that feels like somthing is tearing and pulling sometimes when i get up or urinate. the last time i had sex was before my last period and now i get this funny feeling in my stomach and my breasts hurt. What do you think is going on.
