my girlfriend is showing most of the early pregnancy signs except she hasn't gotten to her next period and she hasn't bleed from plantation is she really pregnant or is it just something else?

Has she missed a period? if so, test. Bleeding from implantation doesn't happen to everyone. And having every symptom doesn't mean she's pregnant.

She need to take a pregnancy test. Symptoms don't always mean pregnancy.
