I have had 2 mc's in the past year and and a half, with the last one being the last week of this past September. My Hcg levels were down to 2 at the end of my mc. It has been 3 months and I notice that I'm 5 days late on my menstrual. I am also having early signs of pregnancy for the last week including headaches, extreme fatigue, faintness, thirstier than usual, frequent urination and nausea. The one major symptom that I'm not having is sore and tenderness of breasts. I took a hpt yesterday and a positive sign came up rather quickly. I'm just stumped about not having the breast tenderness yet. I guess my question is could this just be some hormone level fluke or could I be pregnant and just not having all symptoms yet? It took us 15 months to get pregnant after the first mc and all the pregnancy symptoms were there until I started mc symptoms a few weeks later. I want to try to wait before I call my doctor b/c frankly with the last pregnancy and mc being just 3 months ago, I'm scared to start the whole process again for fear of what may not be...

every pregnancy is different, you may get all the symptoms, you may just get some, and those that are really lucky get none. I am 10 weeks pregnant and have not had any breast tenderness, but i have had severe nausea, whereas with my son i had the breast tenderness and next to no nausea, this shows just how different every pregnancy can be. Good Luck.
