Thanks! Maddie 34, this is my first time trying to post a question on this site. I'm new today and have a few questions, I hope you don't mind. This second yeast infection that i'm currently batteling can't be from the pills(can it?) I haven't taken a pill since that week before I started spotting in March. Also have you heard of the father having some pregnancy symptoms also to where he gets nausitated too along with his spouse? I have also been gagging when brushing my teeth some mornings. Could the birth control pills have screwed up my cycle to where it would make my breast sore and i really not be pregnant?I'm not cramping, just had really ligh cramping when i spotted.I've had to poop alot, seems like everything is running through me. I'm nauseated on and off. Usually after spotting from bc pills doesn't the regular cycle come on soon after? I've also been having more heartburn and what i think is acid reflux that mysteriously developed this past week.

No, your partner will not feel your pregnancy symptoms. Wink

A yeast infection can be from a couple different things. Here's some tips for prevention. Are you taking anything for your current yeast infection?

Are you new to the pill? If so, then starting and suddenly stopping could certinaly cause a slight imbalance. It usually takes around 3 months for your body to fully adjust. They can cause sore breasts and other pregnancy symptoms.

Are you sure you're not just sick? I mean, it seems more probable since your partner is going through the same thing right? Otherwise, just wait until you can take a pregnancy test, but you wouldn't be getting pregnancy symptoms AND negative tests-- that's just why I'm thinking its not pregnancy.

If these symptoms get any worse, speak with a doctor-- did you have a doctor check for your first yeast infection?
