Q: Pregnant on the patch?

i am trying for my 3rd child. i have been on ortho evra patch for 2 years, i took it off about 2 weeks ago. a few days after i started to feel sick on and off throughout the day, especially at night. and 3 days ago i actually vomitted. yesterday my nipples started to become very painful and tender and today i am experiencing stomach cramps, and have had lower back pain for a few days. my last period was 5 weeks ago, although i have just finished from an unusual bleed that only lasted 3 days (i put this down to removing my patch) i know it is very early for pregnancy symptoms but could i be?

If your last actual period was 5 weeks ago, then you should be able to test by now.

just thought id let you know, the period i had after my patch turnt out to be a normal period and so was not pregnant, but i did fall pregnant after that but unfortunately it was a chemical pregnancy, that was oct.
now we are in nov. and i have just found out that i am pregnant! i am only just 4 weeks gone, so hoping everything goes ok this time round.
