I think you are having phantom feelings maybe because you want it so bad you are convincing yourself, I was the same we were trying for a year before I became pregnant with my 2nd baby. I would say if you were far enough on to be feeling movements then your dr would be able to tell you right away. I did 2 tests when I thought I was pregnant and they came back negative, because was to early but breasts were so tender I was convinced I had to be pregnant, so did 3rd 1st thing in the morning and it was positive.So maybe get test try 1st thing in morning, if it's neg I know it's upsetting but you just have to relax and keep trying.The fact you're feeling so anxious won't be helping.
