Hello,
Thanks for joining me on ehealthforum.

The LLETZ ((Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone) is often used to treat high grade cervical dysplasia.
It might lead o cervical incompetence later in pregnancy.
It can also cause premature labour in advanced pregnancy.
Both of these depend on the actual cervical length and the part that can get affected by the procedure. Discuss these with your healthcare provider or gynecologist to see if any other alternate procedure can be done to treat your present condition.

Take care.
