Q: Pregnant & In Pain

Hi there, i am 30 weeks pregnant with my second child in the last 3days i have developed a full & strong stabbing pain on my right side just below my ribs, i can feel the pain is near the baby as when i bend over or have sat for long periods of time i am in agony and get breathless at times.. can someone please give me some advise as i am at my whits end with this and concerned there cold be something wrong with the baby..
