I miscarried at 8.5 weeks on november 29th, and bled until dec 8th.My hcg returned to normal around the 16th, and I ovulated the 18th. I had another positive pregnancy test the 29th of december. I am now 7 weeks. With the first pregnancy I had constant pain, but this one seems to be much better with none at all. I was told I was higher risk for miscarriage because I became pregnant so quickly. How high are my chances of miscarriage? I am so nervous that I wont hear a hearbeat. Also, what are the chances of a miscarriage after the heartbeat is seen on an ultrasound?

wow, congratulations!
i would have to say that your chances of miscarrying again would be almost doubled. well...depending on why you miscarried in the first place though.
because i know that i was told that because i am so stressed that it raises my chances of miscarrying, or if your sucking down alot of caffine.
but if it was for really no reason, and it was just a bad pregnancy, then its probably going to be increased by 10-20%
but as long as you take care of yourself, you should be okay.
