breathe & have someone with you , also a heating pad ; & lots of pillows have your overnight bag ready for you & the baby at the hospital , good luck hope i helpped & congradulations

U will prolly go to the hospital 5 times before u r actually in labor lol that is normal but when ur labor starts ur tummy will get really tight then it will let up. And it will continue to do that every so often. U will know when it starts and them let the nurses and dr worry about the rest. They will tell u what they need u to do. Good luck and congrats
