As long as you've been taking your pills correctly then you have nothing to worry about. The chances of getting pregnant while taking the pills are slim and your boyfriend didn't even really get sperm inside your vagina.
Relax!
If you're not comfortable right now with just the pill then remember to use a back up method. It's a lot less stressful that way and you don't need to worry so much on the what ifs.
