Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
During pregnancy, women tend to have increased vaginal discharge which at times can be yellowish or brown tinged. If there are associated symptoms like itching, burning, presence of rashes, foul smell of discharge, then she should consider visiting her doctor/gynecologist for further examination and vaginal swab test to identify the causative agent. Treatment should be started early if infection is suspected, to avoid it from spreading upwards to uterus and to baby. She should take adequate rest, drink plenty of water and keep diet simple and healthy.
Take care.
