It depends on your stares law if chold labor ,
& I'd suggest you'd talk to your school counselor
To find out what are some benefits from you'd school
& or community that help & support teen parents
, have Yoh talked to your parents ? Is your school aware
Of you'd pregnancy ? Dies anyone besides yourself
& your boyfriend/baby's father know about this unborn child ?

If you want your child to be healthy, it is advised to cut down/ quit smoking, don't drink, no drugs, and start taking folic acid tablets.
The way my midwife explained it to me, is don't do anything while your pregnant that you wouldn't do while holding your baby, so no trampolines etc.
How's everything going ?

Active User, very eHealthy
A healthy and balanced diet is also adviseable. If you like drinking lots of tea or coffee it's also advisable to cut down or cut out your caffine intake as well as what youngmumtobe3 said.

Gently exercise is good for you and baby but sit ups is a no no. Avoid nuts, unpasturised milk, shell fish and egg. If you like eggs they have to be hard yolk and not a runny egg or soft yolk. Depending on what the midwife says they might say you can eat mayo some say you can't. Fish high in Omega 3 is good as well Smile good luck
