i am having my period cramps for the last 1o days. i took pregnancy test and it was positive. but the cramps still continue and they are severe. can someone help me out .

You could be at risk of a threatned miscarriage.

You should probably take it very easy for a couple of weeks (bedrest ideally) and only get up if you need the toilet.

If it gets too bad go to the local hospital and ask them to check your hormone levels, they should double every day (I think) if the pregnancy is healthy and nothing is wrong.

Keep an eye out for any other signs such as bleeding, and if this happens go straight to the hospital.
