Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

It is really difficult to say whether a person is pregnant or not before the missed period or the next due date of the periods. Generally the symptoms of pregnancy start after the missed period though some women do report symptoms earlier.

If it is just headache and nausea, it could be due to flu. Confirmation can be done by pregnancy test if the periods are missed. Hope this helps. Take care!
