pregnant before implant fitted ? Posted: 07-13-08 08:03am


my husband and I had unprotected sex a few days ago and I have an appointment to get my implanon inserted this week. What would happen to my baby if I was pregnant and I already had the implant inserted? Would it be ok to get the implant inserted then just get it removed if I found out I was? or would the pregnancy fail?

well that's a good question...ask a nurse.. I guess you can postpone the implanon until you are sure you are not pregnant. Have to be careful next time.
