Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms that you describe could suggest onset of premature/pre-term labour. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist/midwife at the earliest for further evaluation. Further evaluation done will reveal the current status of cervix (dilation, effacement, fetal head position etc) and wellbeing of the baby. Further management would be started based on your examination findings and investigation results (ultrasound scan, per-vaginal examination findings, NST test etc). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your gynecologist/midwife and report any new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
