I went to the er on monday for feeling really dizzy and They said it was normal, I am not sure if it was a panic attack or pregnancy but since then I focus on the feeling and I feel so odd and off!! I force myself to eat as much as I can and I even sleep longer in the morning. I take prenatal vitamins right before bed but none of these help. Idk what to do!!!!!! is this normal? could this be from dehydration?? I admit I drink about 2 or three 33.8 fl oz smart waters everyday but i have yellow urine. HELP!!!! sometimes I feel twitchy aswell and I did get blood work done so it wasnt my blood sugar cause it was actual 112 instead of 110 <-- which is average. I really hope this is all in my head and i am just having stress.
