Q: pregnant and cheated on

I recently found out I am pregnant from my boyfriend of about 2 years. He doesn't really have a job. I was going to keep the baby even though i am not ready for a child at this time, and now i am having second thoughts because I found out that I have Gonorrhea, which came from him, he says he must have had it for years but I asked the doctor and she said its impossible to have had Gonorrhea for that long without symptoms. This means he must have cheated on me within the past couple months. I am so disgusted that he cheated on me that I have to break up with him. But now my concern is raising a child on my own and my child having a father like this. It just hurts me because i was raised with both my parents and in a good home and i want the same for my child. I don't know if i can handle this alone and don't really have family or friends to rely on.

Should i have an abortion now? I am 5 weeks pregnant and confused!

If you decide to keep the baby, keep in mind that your not alone. There are organizations out there for women just like you with problems just like yours. If you even decide you dont want the baby, give your child up for adoption. Dont take away your babys chance at life. Good luck Smile

I am sorry to hear this.

Abortion is not a decision we can make for you. It is a very personal decision that you will have to live with for the rest of your life.

Best of luck with making the right decision for you!
