Q: pregnant and allergies

i am about twelve weeks pregnant and i just recently broke out with hives all over my stomach and back and this morning i woke up and my lip is swollen. I do not know of anyting that i am allergic to. this has happened once before but i never found out the cause. should i be worried what should i do? i only have my obgyn not a regular doctor i'm not sure what to do
