Wondering if anyone can help me? recently found out I'm pregnant (about 8 weeks), already have one gorgeous little girl whos 3, problem is the babies dad is useless as a partner so we've decided to go our seperate ways, he said he wants access to the baby which is fine but I feel so alone, I dont have any family and I live an hour away from my home town and dont have any good friends to lean on around here, I cant drive which is making me feel really isolated. Everything seems such a mess and don't know how I'm going to cope..has anyone gone it on there own and managed ok?

Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Definitely these are trying times for you, but you should overcome them with grit and determination. You already have one lovely daughter to support you and the baby will also make you feel complete. You can request your mother or some other family member to come and stay with you for some time. Try interacting with your neighbours and make friends with them. I am sure because of your responsibilities and your medical condition, they will help you out. If you are working, your office colleagues may also help you. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and best wishes for your new arrival.
