I have had my tubes tied for almost 3 yrs now. I have read that it's possible to get pregnant again, just wondering if theres anything special that needs to be done or do I just keep doing what I do! And what are the chances of getting pregnant

No, you will not get pregnant until you have the surgery reversed. If you haven't gotten pregnant in three years, you aren't going to without it. The only way you can get pregnant with a tubal, is if they did it wrong.
