Q: Pregnant after tubal reversal

I'm a 34 year old Mom of one who had a tubal reversal done on March 31,09 and since then have had cramping and bloating. Cant walk far or stand too long. Cant lift heavy things. Have cramping. (even though recovery time s 4-6 weeks and it's been 5 weks already) My follow up apt is in another week...
I was feeling able to have sex . Had period May1st,09 like clockwork;am very regular-May5th. Hubby and I had sex May5 as I thought bleeding had stopped, it did not but we had full sex with ejaculation. The next day my period was gone and we resumed sex with ejaculation. He is only home once every three weks for a week so sex is planned according to his work schedue. Is there any chance of conception? My obgyn said I have 70% success rate with the Tubal reversal.
I am from Canada. From Edmonton, Alberta.

Hello, I don't think you have a chance unless you ovulate very early. You would ovulate about 14 days after your period, so the first counting 14 days would be the 14th you would ovulate. Then after that count 14 days and thats when period will start or if it doesn't start, take a pregnancy test. This gives you a 28 day cycle. I am in the same boat as you. I had a tubal reversal 2 years ago. I have had 2 mc, and now on clomid. Hoping for the best. I had a regular cycle until I got a reversal done. I Ovulate anywhere from 21 to 28 days now. My body is out of wack. I wish you the best of luck. My best advice is to look for ovulation signs around cycle day 13 to 15 and get with you partner.

Tubal ligation reversal alberta

Where did you get your reversal done? I have had my tubal ligation done at 23! it was done in a rural alberta hospital by a new south african doctor who gave my no advice or counselling. Looking back I was a young kid, with three beautiful babies already but a rigger for a husband (high school sweet heart) and I had no help. I wanted no more children as the relationship was terrible, so after 12 years of marriage, we divorced. Now I am with an amazing man for one year now, we are both young (30)(35) and he has no children. I want to reverse my tubal, is it too late? Where to go to get it done? I live close to Edmonton, Alberta.
