Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you took the emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex, then the chances of becoming pregnant are very minimal. Taking these strong contraceptive hormonal pills alters the hormonal cycle and may make irregular periods further irregular.

Since you have irregular periods, wait for the maximum length after which your periods came and if you still do not get them take a pregnancy test.
It is difficult to comment beyond this on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
