Q: Pregnant after 2 miscarriages

I'm pregnant again after 2 miscarriages, I went to the doctors when I was 7 weeks. I am now 11 weeks pregnant and have heard nothing from my doctor or hospital. I was just wondering if anyone knows of tests or ultrasounds I should be having considering my history?
