Hi- I had a medical abortion 4 weeks ago. I no it worked because i saw the baby after it had come out.

I was due on today but for some reason i did a pregnancy test which came back pos.

Me and my husband have been very very cafeful since the abortion and always used condoms. We already have 2 children and cant afford another one.

I cant see how i can be pregnant so soon after. Yes i no you can get pregnant right away after an abortion but we really have tried to be extra careful.

i'm starting to think if maybe i was having twins as i got really bad morning sickness and when i was pregnant with my last 2 children i had no sign of being pregnant (I HAVE A BOY AND A GIRL)

What should my next step be. HELP
