Hey there,
Its always a possibility as the Copper coil still has a small %.
Is is possible you have eaten something bad and you have a bug?
When was your last period as with the coil it normally promotes regularity so unless your late i would think there is nothing to worry about.
all else fails.. just pee on a stick.
