I have been having pregnancy type symptoms and asked by serveral close friends and family if i'm pregnant. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests in the last month. The first failed, no result at all, the second and third both said no. Is it possible that I am but could only be diagnossed via blood test?

Have you missed your period? If not then you may be testing too early with the hpt's. I'd go get a blood test done with your Dr to set your mind at ease.
