Its been alittle over a week since we had
a sex and her period is delayed alittle
over a week. Can we take a pregnancy test
now and be accurate?
Thanks

No, pregnancy tests should only be
accurate about 14 days after sex. Unless
you had sex before this, it probably won't
show up on a pregnancy test. You can
always try with an early response test,
but there's truly no way for her body to
be producing pregnancy hormones this early
in a pregnancy. Wait just a couple more
days and you should be in the clear.

That is correct!
Teens do not parental consent to get birth
control pills, and if she is not pregnant
you guys should consider birth control
