first off, she needs to see a doctor if she already has not. she can talk to a doctor about what she can do next as to whether or not she decides to keep the baby, abort or put him or her up for adoption.
the earlier she tells her mother and grandmother, the better, it will only get worse if she does not tell them sooner.
her grandmother and mother do not have to be involved with the abortion if she choses that, it is between her and the doctor, and her boyfriends aunt could go with her if she does not want her mother involved..
but she needs to get all this sorted out soon.
tell her to talk to a doctor as to what her options are. dont put it off.

possibly, why doesnt she just come clean with her mom instead of walk around on egg shells with her mother?

b/c she is afraid and she told me today that his aunt was going to take her to the doctor tomorrow and i said thats good. i want her to keep the baby, but i dont b/c i know her body isn't ready.
