i am 18 weeks pregnant and i have been cramping on and off on my right side and getting sharp shooting pain on my right side for the past 4 days. is this normal, am i just stretching? i am not bleeding or anything just cramping. it goes away if i get up and move or if i change postions but comes back when i sit still again.
