having pain in low stomach and period not on and not coming and had heartburn early this moring Question

It would help to know how late your period is, whether you're on birth control, when/ if you had unprotected sex...
Those symptoms are pretty generic. You could just have premenstrual cramps and heartburn that are totally unrelated.
