Hi ever since conception (near enough) ive been having the symptoms of pregnancy - Starting with fatigue, headache, cramps, backaches etc progressing onto sickness and increased tiredness. Now after 15 weeks, the symptoms seem to have disappeared. Is it normal for the symptoms to 'wear off' as you progress through pregnancy ? I'm really worried - could this mean I might have misscarried? Please help Question . Just wondering if I can any answers before I check it out at the doctors..

Yes, your second trimester is normally when you feel much better and healthier. Later on you will begin to suffer symptoms from the extra weight and pressure from the growing baby.

If you are worried, mention it to your doctor.
