I have really bad hot and cold flashes I was on mirena for about 3 or 4 months and my period stopped for about two months then i switched to nuva ring i have had nuva ring for about 2 months now. well i have had a week of brown spotting about one week after i inserted it. around the time of my normal my period all i had was spotting again of the same bown color for a week!! I have had very sore breasts, they also have very strong tinglings and cramps every once in a while, i also have a lot of frequent gas; i took a test a few days before my "period" and it was negative. what do you think am i or am i not?
